After a wonderful night of sleep, the sun woke us up at 6:00am, Friday morning (it's pretty hard to sleep in here) :p Our first day in Arizona went really well. We had a good morning visiting and hanging out together. After lunch we all went for a nice hike on the Hualapai Mountain, in the Mohave county park right outside of Kingman.

There was tons of Hedgehog cactus all over the place.

| The bark of this tree was super cool! Part of it was bright red, and the other part was all black and dead looking. |
From the overlook we could see all of Kingman, it was really neat!
We didn't climb to the top, but this is what the top looked liked ;p
So many pretty little flowers all over the ground.
Walking back down the trail. There were a ton of cool rocks along the path, I'm pretty sure we all brought a few home with us ;)
It was a nice relaxed hike, we all had a great time, and had a really fun afternoon and evening together.
Neat! I'm glad that you got to spend some time with your friends! It looks like a beautiful piece of the country.
